A great place to relax. Hospitable hosts, clean rooms, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, pleasant and cozy atmosphere. You can roast a barbecue in the yard, and you can take firewood absolutely free of charge. Great guest house, I really liked it! Super clean showers and toilets, which was important to me. There were practically no insects in the room, which is a plus. All amenities are available: a large communal kitchen with a pleasant balcony where you can drink coffee, two ironing boards with excellent irons. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine for free. There is a Wi-Fi connection. Many thanks to the hosts Rezo and Sevil! We were so warmly welcomed and immediately accommodated, although we arrived before 12:00. Very pleasant hosts, responsive. All issues were resolved at once. Delicious khachapur and shish kebab can be ordered at the hotel! Thanks a lot to Nadezhda for the cleanliness and washing! The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a railway nearby. To the sea at a slow pace of 20 min. We walked slowly, enjoying nature and lovely Abkhazian houses, dreaming - that would be like this 😀 On the way to the sea, the central market of Sukhum: what is not there! There are many pharmacies and shops. A beautiful promenade surrounded by greenery, the sea is clean, there are few people. We rested body and soul. We would love to come back here again and recommend it to our friends!

Nice rooms. Since we are not harmful people, we were moved into a new room) wonderful hosts, sincere, will always help. And what a delicious cuisine they have) the boats are the best in Sukhum. We walked to the sea for 12 minutes. There is a market and a bus station nearby, which helps a lot in getting around. I cried when I left Abkhazia. We will definitely come back many more times. Always a warm welcome, well-groomed room, attention of the hosts and help with any questions and requests! Comfort is necessary for a family holiday and it is certainly present here. There is everything you need in the rooms and in the house itself! The location of the guest house is very convenient, everything is within walking distance, bakeries, market, supermarkets. The infrastructure is well developed! It takes 10-15 minutes from the house to the embankment. This path will not seem boring to you, because along the way you will see the beauty of the streets, feel the aroma of fresh pastries (buns with feijoa, cinnamon) and plunge into the choice of a variety of local goods and necessary things. In the next and subsequent years, we will definitely be here🌴🏞️🌊⛰️🙌 You will not find a higher level of attention, service and, importantly, a financial note We recommend to Everyone🤝Let your vacation be bright, full of impressions and unforgettable emotions🌴

An ordinary economy class guest house. Small rooms with everything you need and an interesting layout. The washbasin is not in the bathroom, but nearby, because it simply cannot fit in the bathroom. The bed linen has never been changed. A towel, too, though. There was an incident with towels. We hung it on the terrace (it is located separately, across the entire corridor). We returned from an excursion in the evening and did not find our towels. We asked the owners, and they told us that they had been moved to another place. Instead of offering other towels. We didn't use them until the end of our vacation, because we weren't sure if they were our towels. Breakfasts are a separate topic. Coffee 3 in 1, tea, water in titanium. Dumplings and dumplings, some deep-fried pancakes, bread, a piece of sausage and cheese, jam, sour cream left over from last morning. And... soup. Such a "healthy" breakfast. You can cook by yourself, but the kitchen is scary with a smelly trash can in the middle. I understand that this is a budget vacation. But the same porridge, omelet, eggs will be no more expensive than dumplings for breakfast. It takes 15 minutes to get to the sea. Dirt and debris on the roadsides. Several retail outlets and cafes and a market on the way to the sea are a plus. There was no hot water pressure during rush hour, and several times there was no water at all. Wifi was working fine, there were practically no interruptions. There is a terrace downstairs. You can order khinkali, pizza, khachapuri, barbecue, drink beer or wine. The wine, by the way, is of questionable taste and quality.

I liked it here, very kind and friendly hosts, there are breakfasts. For breakfast, porridge or cheese soup, dumplings, pancakes, sausage, cheese, bread, olives. This is the first time in Sukhum, so there is nothing to compare breakfasts with. Very tasty (they cook it themselves) ground with sugar feijoa. I took a few cans home, everyone liked it 😻 The rooms are well renovated, the room is not big, there is no battery, but the air conditioner works well 👌🏻 I did not like the fact that the toilet from the sewer stank very much, and even the air freshener did not help. The market is 7 minutes away, which is very convenient.
