I've checked in at this place a couple of times. Both times it was lucky that there were no queues. I took out travel insurance both times. The second time was longer, but the second time another agent worked, an older one. Perhaps with little experience, or maybe through a very responsible specialist who tried to provide the service without mistakes. By the way, the second time I was offered insurance for a large amount at the same insurance cost. Insurance wasn't necessary, of course, but that's the beauty of it. Everyone returned from the trip healthy and unharmed. :)
