Level 7 Local Expert

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WENT THERE TODAY AT 1230 pm with my 4 kids. A lady showed us a seat and gave us a menu. When it's time to make an order, no one comes to serve us. I've been raising up my hand to ask for assistance but no response at all. The waiters just passed by me without acknowledgement or at least tell me that they will come afterwards. I even went to one of the waitress to ask how to make order but she just looked at me up and down with an disgusting looks! I am so mad at that point, I shouted to my kids to get out from the restaurant. I made it clear that I'm unhappy with their service but no one came to subtly the situation. They just looked at me as if I don't have money to pay for their food and services. Mind you this was my third visit to this place, no matter how good the steak is but the service today is really disappointing. I will never come again!
