A small area of Beniyaz Square. With recreation areas, benches, lawns, a mini fountain, near the metro station of the same name. McDonald's, KFC, various mini cafes, grilled takeaway chickens, hardware stores, shoes, bags, supermarkets, and more.

An iconic place for those who started visiting Dubai in the 90s. Life was in full swing there around the clock, there was a brisk trade, cafes were ready to serve 24 hours a day. But now everything is much calmer, there is no excitement, and there are fewer merchants and buyers. Many cafes have closed, new ones are not inspiring. Sometimes I visit for nostalgia. Perhaps this is my personal perception and I compare it with what it was almost 30 years ago.
