Kadikoy is the best neighborhood in Istanbul. There are many restaurants in the area. There is fish, Italian..There is the famous Fenerbahce stadium and a wonderful park next to the embankment. The islands are easily accessible by passenger boat.they run like buses.parks along the entire coast. The whole area is full of flowers.Very clean. Oh, the Adam's apple is just a miracle!!! Lots of shops. There are also branded ones. There is a beach, but it is paid. There is a Turkish bath, and Turkish cuisine is something extraordinary. The products are always fresh and are sold directly from the fire everywhere. Lots of desserts. There are pastry shops at every turn. In general, the memories are the most wonderful. Kodykey is a modern area. Pretty big. It's like a city within a city.

We flew to Istanbul in July 2025. We usually live on Osmanbay, but this time we decided to live on the other side — we chose Kadikoy. We thought: summer, heat, we need a pool, we want something more solid. We stayed at the Wyndham Terrace Infinity Pool — the hotel looked beautiful and expensive, and expectations were high. It all started with Booking. They indicate that you can stay with three people, but there is only one king—size bed in the room. I wrote in advance: "The three of us, we need three beds." In response, "Don't worry, we'll solve everything." Well, I believed it. We all know how difficult it is to pay with our cards right now, so I calculated the amount in advance - for accommodation and taxes, as indicated in the booking, and left it just in case. We arrive, go to the reception, and it turns out that you need to make a deposit of 300 euros or 350 dollars. Of course, it was a surprise. I had more cash "just in case," but I didn't have enough for a deposit, especially since it definitely wasn't part of the plans. I had to leave a card deposit to check in. We're checking in. The room is beautiful, everything glitters, and the compliment is chocolates. But there's one big bed, and there are three of us: me, my husband, and my girlfriend. I go to the reception and explain the situation. They say there: "You chose this room yourself, wait 45 minutes, let's move it." An hour later, they move to a smaller and worse room: the same bed plus a cot. I understand that sleeping with three people is inconvenient, there is nowhere to put things. I go to the reception again and ask: "Why couldn't we just bring a cot to the first room?" As a result, they return us back to that beautiful room and bring a cot there. We wanted to take back the compliment and the cups — we promised to bring them back, but they never did. It's a small thing, but the sediment remains. During the eviction, she asked when the deposit would be refunded. They said, "right away." In fact, it took three days of calls to the bank, correspondence with the hotel, and problems with conversion. In the end, everything was returned, but I spent a lot of nerves. Conclusion: if you go, be sure to have cash on deposit with you so as not to spoil your vacation. As it is, the hotel itself is wonderful: several pools (one on the roof, one closed inside), excellent towels, delicious breakfasts, everything is clean and beautiful. But the story of the deposit and check-in greatly spoiled the impression. It happens that you want to choose a more expensive option so that everything is perfect, but in the end that's where you get the headache.

A very good hotel, mainly for those who come to ride a boat or yacht (near all the convenient marinas with access to the Marmara Sea) and for corporate training 2 floors (meeting rooms). Another hotel where I like to stay in Istanbul and this is my favorite hotel. Usually those who travel by yacht on the Black Sea stay here, as there is a marina just 30 meters from the hotel. But also for those who travel by car there is a good underground parking under the hotel. The rooms themselves are very interesting, you will be surprised by the sliding glass in the living room, which hides a transparent glass in the shower room where you can watch your girlfriend or a friend with whom you went on a business trip. The rooms themselves are decorated in a modern, expensive interior, King-size beds combined with cotton Turkish linens will leave a pleasant impression after spending the night alone, or as I wrote above, as you like. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but still, a separate kitchen cannot be compared with visiting local restaurants. And do not compare these hotels with expensive hotels in Belek, there is a different atmosphere here, and there is a different level, but still this hotel is more oriented towards Europeans than Russians. The staff is friendly and will always help with any issue, they speak good English. The prices are not cheap, I came during the season, the night cost about 300€, in winter it is 2 times cheaper. I do not recommend apartments and apartments in Istanbul, as there is often a problem with quality service when renting housing, there are no such problems with good hotels, Istanbul will leave you with the most pleasant impression if you do not want money for a good hotel, and believe me, this hotel is one of the best in Istanbul.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are a little worn out, but they still look good. The breakfast and related services are very good. The room cleaning is excellent. But all the good impressions were ruined on Friday evening, when instead of a good night, I had to go to bed in the middle of a noisy party. And this is in a 5* level hotel. We lived on the 4th floor, and the music was blaring so that there was no chance of falling asleep. At the same time, when asked to remove the music, the hotel manager calmly said that it was Friday, the restaurant was out and would be doing this until the middle of the night. But if we want to, we will be given earplugs!!!! I've never seen such an attitude before!!!!

But most importantly, they lived on the second floor, on the very roof of the restaurant and the music hammered until 3 a.m., and so for two nights in a row, when asked by the reception to help, they just threw up their hands and said they couldn't do anything about it.

At 17:00 I entered the room (room No.324) with my son, while I was in the shower, the “ door opened” !!!!! and we were told by the housekeepers that the beds were not ready yet; we asked for it to be done around 18:00 after we left the room. “you want 50 euros to be able to log in early, just so you know, it's like we logged in late.” We wanted to use the encrypted safe, we saw that it didn't work, and for that we also called a separate officer and had to wait for him, thanks to the Master who came, he said that he would bring another safe November it was defective, but we waited 5 minutes because we didn't have time, when he didn't come, we had to go outside before we could put our things. When we arrived at night, the safe was Novated at about 23:00, there was no problem. During our previous stay, there was also a fire on the lower floors of the hotel; either it was our bad luck or there is a general lack of control at the hotel. Apart from that, everything was normal and nice. We love the hotel and its location. We will continue to stay, we have no problems.
