*Great stay in a cozy hotel!* We had a family vacation at the mini-hotel "Bungalow" and were absolutely delighted! The hotel has exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and cozy. I was especially pleased with the availability of all necessary amenities: air conditioning, TV, kettle, refrigerator. Our Duplex room category also has a balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel grounds are green and well maintained. There is a Playground, recreation area, parking, laundry. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. I would especially like to mention the administrator Julia for her help and responsiveness. The location is just perfect – the sea is only 7-10 minutes on foot. The beach is clean, the sea is warm and clear. There are shops, cafes, and a pharmacy nearby. The on-site dining room pleasantly surprised with a variety of dishes and excellent prices. The food is delicious. Separately, I would like to mention the organization of recreation: you can book excursions, transfers. The staff helps with any issues, from leisure activities to household details. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in Abkhazia. There is everything for a great time here: comfort, cleanliness, delicious food and attentive staff. I have been choosing a hotel since the beginning of the year for my first visit to Abkhazia. The problem was that we would have a small dog with us. The bungalow turned out to be almost the only place where a pet is accepted at no extra charge. We had a rest from August 14-22, extended until August 25. We lived in an apartment on the 3rd floor. A two-room suite equipped with 2 split systems. A kitchenette (we did not cook, but this is an indisputable plus). Clean, no mold, etc. in the bathroom. Administrator Julia promptly resolved all issues that arose. I would like to mention the dining room separately. The first few days we went to cafes, etc., realized that it was a waste of money. The food in Annette's dining room is high-quality and delicious. Even pets are treated😅 Olga thanks a lot and warm greetings💫 It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, the sea is clean, there are not many people (compared to Adler). We took things to the laundry for washing, the price is affordable. The territory is green, well maintained, the staff is working on the quality of service. We liked everything. For a quiet, family vacation, come to the Bungalow. You won 't regret it

I had a rest with my granddaughter at the hotel in August.Great place , cozy and lovely room Vostok 5.The best room in the hotel.quiet and cool.The territory is a separate song😘fabulous beauty , greenery and responsive people, there are plenty of kids here, in the evenings the kids played all together, cameras throughout the hotel, so I was calm for the child.Yulechka is the soul of the hotel, Sonya Grantovna is the keeper of the girls in the dining room with golden handsSavva Savvich is the host, a very interesting and sincere person.All the staff of the hotel are sincere and wonderful people who create beauty and comfort. We had a rest with the company from 09/20/2025 to 10/22/2025. I liked everything. The owners are hospitable, the people in the village are friendly. A transfer was provided, we got there quickly and comfortably. We lived in a quadruple room. It's clean and beautiful, the mattresses, pillows are comfortable, blankets, bedspreads, everything is there. The room has everything you need - a hairdryer, a kettle, mugs, tables, a wardrobe, a clothes dryer, etc. Cozy, bright, plenty of space, there is a balcony. Microwave, ironing board in the common hallway. It is possible to wash clothes in the washing machine. All issues were resolved quickly. There are many cafes on site, but we ate on site, the canteen serves delicious and fast food, and a variety of dishes. There are plenty of places to relax, a large veranda for companies. There is a lot of greenery on the territory, everything is well maintained, beautiful, like in Turkey. You can rent a sub bike. It was still possible to swim, but it was not hot. There is a pine park near the sea. We went on wonderful excursions to the waterfalls. I am satisfied. I arrived refreshed. I recommend.

Great place! We had a family vacation in Abkhazia for the first time. Many friends who have already traveled here offered different places and I am very glad that we ended up in the mini-hotel "Bungalow". The place is very cozy and green.We were in the vostok unit. We talked on arrival via WhatsApp with Victoria. The rooms are cozy, clean, there is a refrigerator, a kettle. The room was a 4-bed room with in-room amenities and a balcony. cleaning once every three days or as needed.There is a laundress , there is a place to iron if necessary . The staff is responsive, any issue is resolved. Manager Julia is always in touch, thank her very much. In the dining room, everything is edible and delicious. We really liked it.

We had a family vacation in a Bungalow in September 2025 in the Vostok room. It was the first time I chose a hotel based on reviews. We really enjoyed everything! Thank you very much! It was cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. The room is as in the photo, clean, beautiful, the whitest towels, bed linen, comfortable mattresses. Air conditioning, TV is working, 6 channels probably, Wi-Fi is normal. There were occasional power outages, but these were temporary inconveniences, and they turned on quickly. The territory is large, green, blooming, every corner is lovingly maintained. My son was calmly running around the territory and I was calm that he would not run out anywhere. For a 4-year-old son, we asked for a chair to stand up to the bed (so as not to fall) and sit on the terrace, since he could not get off the bench. Yulechka kindly provided us with a chair, even with a cushion, so I sat comfortably) Also, upon request, we were given a fumigator and a raincoat for free. All the staff is very polite and friendly, thank you very much. Yulechka and Gulya are just wonderful girls! In the dining room, the girls were very well fed, friendly, polite. My men liked the other dining room better, though, but it's a matter of taste. Plus, you can choose where to eat. We also went to Lake Ritsa with a guided tour from the hotel. I really liked it too. They were taken away from the hotel. A comfortable minivan, a caring driver and a tour guide, even gave bags to the children just in case, since it was a serpentine ride. Everything is fine! The return transfer was also ordered from them, everything is fine. Many thanks to the Bungalow for the hospitality! We liked everything, and Abkhazia for the first time too) We will definitely come back to you again!

We stayed at the mini-hotel "Bungalow" (Pitsunda, Ldzaa). Santorini—style hotel with snow-white facades, bright accents and oriental notes. It's very cozy, like at home. A special impression is a tropical garden with oranges, tangerines, lemons and an ornamental pond. Its own canteen is open until October 1. It has never been cooked, it is very convenient. The hotel is open all year round, we plan to celebrate the New Year there — warmth, sea and tranquility!

This is the sixth time that the whole family has been vacationing in their beloved Abkhazia at their beloved @bungalows. The sea and the beach are as clean and beautiful as possible, as well as showers and changing rooms. We haven't been to Lake Rizza... 10 years old And there are new features there too: lots of zip lines all the way to the lake + a glass bridge - it's really scary! We had a rest from 27.07 to 07.08, 2025. This is not our first visit to the Bungalow. Every time I make sure that I have chosen the right place. The service is excellent, thanks to the administrator Julia. A very polite and pleasant girl, she responded promptly and without refusal to all requests. The dining room is clean and delicious at home. Special thanks to Olya for the kind words and good attitude, they came to eat with pleasure every time. Anetta is wonderful as always, there's nothing to add. This time we took a duplex room, I liked it, it was comfortable. The hotel is always clean. We arrived in our own car, and a parking space was provided. The sea is 4 minutes away at a leisurely pace. We traveled all over the Black Sea coast, but we couldn't find a better beach. The water is clear, the pebbles are not large, and you can often see dolphins. In general, we had a good rest, of course, if possible, we will come again.

This was the fourth time we had a vacation in a Bungalow in September. We found this hotel by accident, just based on reviews on the Internet. We arrived for the first time in 2021 and fell in love! Then 2022, 2023 and finally 2025! The territory is surrounded by greenery, the rooms are excellent, clean, comfortable. There is a generator, which is very important in conditions of frequent power outages. Snow-white linen, towels, hairdryer, everything is available. In general, there is everything for a comfortable stay! Special thanks to Anya and the girls from the cafeteria. Everything is delicious, fresh, and there are many dishes of national cuisine. And the attitude is sincere. Thanks also to Yulechka, the receptionist. Just to make it clear, I'm not a very contact person at all, and Julia and I hugged each other goodbye! This is a very decent mini-hotel. We rested for a week at the end of September. There were 4 of us - two families aged (under 60). We hesitated for a long time, but we took a chance and chose the Duplex room. As a result, it exceeded all our expectations: spacious and very comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality. Yulechka, thank you very much for your responsiveness: not a single request was ignored. But since we have repeatedly read on the website and heard personally that the hotel strives to become even better, we leave our wishes for the future. There are only two of them: you need a shoe spoon (horn) and for people like us who are reading, you need to think about lighting. Because the ceilings are high, it's a little dark to read in the evening and cute night lights are also not suitable for this purpose. The easiest thing is to buy 2-3 small table lamps (no more, there aren't many people reading now), but with a bright white lamp - just for reading. And give it out on request.. That's all the wishes. Otherwise, everything is just perfect. We also want to note that this is not our first time in Abkhazia, but we are so good with electric energy and hot (very hot!) There was no water anywhere yet. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we will definitely recommend the Bungalow to all our friends and acquaintances.

We lived in an apartment, everything was new, fresh, pleasant, snow-white linens, But we were disappointed in the dining room, we really wanted to eat local barbecue, we decided it would be more expensive, but it should be fresh and delicious. But no, they ordered in the morning, but the barbecue was not fried in the yard, they said that he had fried at another facility and allegedly brought it in a container. When I paid, I asked several times if the barbecue had just been fried, they assured me very much that it had. But I think everyone will distinguish a freshly fried shish kebab from a warmed one. They just warmed up and laid it beautifully. It was tasteless. After that, we only went to Grant's dining room, and we liked it there. In general, I recommend the Bungalow hotel, but I do not recommend Annette's dining room. And the curd casserole is made from fake cottage cheese!

Last year we had a vacation with mom and son in a beautiful Bungalow hotel. We found it completely by accident, I liked it at first sight, and it turned out that the place is amazing! We stayed in a Bungalow in July 2025. This is the second time we have visited this mini-hotel. After the first time (August 2024), we were thrilled that we had booked the same room earlier as "for permanent guests" - it was a room in the Vostok building for four (my children and I traveled for 6 and 8 years). A wonderful and well-maintained territory with buildings (unfortunately, I do not know the names of the girls who help Julia and your gardener - you have been working constantly since the morning), clean and very atmospheric rooms, excellent cuisine (thanks to Anetta and Olga). I would like to mention the administrator Yulia separately (she's a great fellow, she solved everything quickly). Once, my husband witnessed how the entire hotel staff gathered for a common meal from small to large. This is great, because you are not just employees, but a family. Thanks again for our stay. We will definitely come back. And, by the way, Ldzaa beach, perhaps, turned out to be the most ideal for us in Abkhazia, and we were probably on all beaches from Gagra to Sukhum) We love pebbles, not sand. We have returned from a long-awaited vacation, full of positive impressions and pleasant, warm memories! Abkhazia has conquered us with the indescribable beauty of its nature, hospitality and affectionate azure sea. The place of residence was chosen for a long time, carefully, we chose a mini-hotel Bungalow. Only the advantages! We did not lose! About everything in order. The territory is landscaped and well-groomed, clean, tidy, a sea of diverse greenery. Children have plenty of space, their own Playground, there is a place to run. It's not scary to leave children in the yard, the territory is closed, there are no outsiders. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Electricity was cut off several times in 12 days throughout Abkhazia, but this trouble did not affect us, because the hotel has its own generator. This is a huge plus and a rarity in Abkhazia! Thanks to this luxury, we were provided with water in the shower, coolness in the rooms and hot food in the cafe. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the local cafe, which is run by Anetta! In the early days, we walked around the area, compared prices, tastes and realized that it was best at our hotel. The food is always delicious, hot, without foreign flavors, everything is fresh, the portions are large. Prices are generally the same everywhere, but at Anetta's we were sure that it would definitely be delicious, satisfying and no one would go! The spouse's birthday fell during the vacation period. It was so nice when treats and congratulations were brought to the room!!! It's priceless! It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, slowly. The sea and the beach in this place are the best along the coast. There are all necessary amenities around the hotel within walking distance: vegetable and fruit shops, supermarket, pharmacy, transport. We rested here 2 times, the first time (in 2023) was only 2 days, so everything seemed fine here. In 2024, it was from the end of June to July. We booked a room East on the 1st floor. I'll start with the pros: -proximity to the sea - cleanliness of the room and bed linen -beautiful territory -delicious breakfasts, a boat, homemade cakes -responsiveness of Olga's administrator Unfortunately, there are more disadvantages: -The water was partially absent for 3 days, the pumps broke down, they carried water from the dining room, heated and washed in basins -the Internet does not ship - mold on the walls, damp - very cold floor (such that it cramps your legs) -the last few days there was no water in the toilet in the tank, they washed it off with water from the basin) - the mattresses should already be changed, the springs are felt We had children of 13.10 years old and an almost 2-year-old baby with us. We were offered mats on the floor, but they did not save the situation much, because the child is also sitting on the floor. The mold was simply washed off with bleach, we came to improve our health, and not to breathe dampness, mold. The receptionist Olga said that they have it every year and if we were there that year, we should have known about it, but last year we lived on the 2nd floor, there were no such problems there. She said that she was ashamed to move people into such rooms, she told the owner about it, but it was probably more important for him to build the 3rd floor than to put the first one in order. They asked to relocate, but there were no places. Of course, they warn about the Internet that you need to pump up cartoons and all that, but it will work with young children, older children need tick tock, YouTube. In the dining room, the food does not match the price, small portions, just my 2-year-old child eats so much, the beef in the dishes was not chewed at all, the meat is rubbery. But fortunately we have a choice here, we tried to go to the sunflower cafe, the dishes there are much tastier, the portions are large and the price is the same. But I want to thank the administrator Olga, thank her very much, she tried to smooth out the situation, apologized, supported, presented a bottle of champagne. After I voiced our dissatisfaction to the remote administrator of Victoria, they paid a small compensation, but there was still an option to move out, but, unfortunately, we did not find suitable accommodation for the remaining 4 days.
