They came to the restaurant for lunch, were not allowed into the hall, and were told to wait in the lobby, ostensibly so that they could clear the tables after the group. We waited for 20 minutes, and even managed to choose dishes from the menu on Instagram. As a result, they came up to us and said that all the tables were occupied, they would not be able to receive us. As you can see in the photo, there are a lot of empty tables in the main hall. It's a real mockery to turn away hungry guests who have waited patiently for so long, and did not immediately leave for another more worthwhile institution, where they treat guests with respect. Besides us, a family with two children who were also waiting for a table had to leave.

The wait is just incredibly long. I understand that the main course takes almost 40 minutes to wait when the restaurant is busy, but the dessert takes more than an hour to wait!!! The waiter boys crowd around, but they don't speed up the process at all. There are no complaints about the quality of the food. I don't recommend it.

We visited this restaurant on February 1st. Fall for the good reviews. What can I say about the service, soft sofas, pleasant music - everything corresponds completely. There is nothing to find fault with here - 5 points. But there is one big misunderstanding about food - a maximum of 1 point. My wife took the pasta - I didn't try it myself, but she didn't like it. What I tried personally is a 4 cheese pizza. To begin with, there were no 4 cheeses. It feels like there wasn't even mozzarella there. It is very similar to a single cheese - ordinary cheese a la Russian. According to the quality of the cheese, even the pizza Margarita in the worst place where we were was much better than in the Andara restaurant. Dough - there was no such dough in any of the worst pizzas we've eaten before. Some kind of non-crispy, crustless, moist dough and the dough itself is not what should be in a pizza. In short, not pizza, but a hot sandwich with cheese))).
