A pleasant business district with beautiful green streets (lots of trees and shrubs). There are many different cafes and restaurants (with verandas) for every taste. I stayed in a hotel located in this block. I wouldn't have gone for a walk here on purpose.

well, it's sparse, there's not much to walk around, you can't get from the subway, there's no point in driving at all, a couple of streets with lousy expensive coffee shops, in general there's nothing to worry about.
