I'm lowering all points for incompetence. I would not say that this hotel is very cheap. Breakfasts are not really allowed to go to the gym, a girl of 13 years old, I studied for two days, and only on the 3rd day some receptionist came up and said that it was impossible. For that kind of money, they should serve black caviar on golden plates. Horror! The service is terrible!

A wonderful hotel without extraneous and unpleasant odors. Cleanliness, quiet, very friendly staff. Always clean linen and towels! Excellent cuisine, during the week of our stay at this hotel, the food is always fresh and delicious - of course there are traditional Arabic dishes and we tried them too)). The receptionist girls were very good at giving us the information we needed on all the issues we were interested in, thank you. The hotel's swimming pool is well maintained, the area is clean, and the friendly staff will give you a towel for a sunbed and help you get comfortable under an umbrella. From 12 o'clock to noon, the *happy* hour begins, when you can order 2 drinks at the pool for the price of 1, desserts... The pleasant cool water in the pool cooled us down perfectly, as we had been relaxing since 09/16/25, it was not yet the season and it was very hot! It was completely uninteresting to swim in the sea, it's sooo warm. It is quite possible to spend about 2 hours by the pool, at such temperatures😊

The apartment is located at the entrance to the Palm Tree, at the station of the monorail da Atlantis and next to the tram station Palm Jumeirah. From the 1st to the 20th floor there is a hotel, from the 21st and above there are private apartments. The rooms are apartments with one or two bedrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There is a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. There are powder and tablets for the dishwasher and the stock is replenished. The staff is friendly. They clean it every day, quite well. We took half board. The food is delicious and varied. There is a children's room. The pool is for adults and children. On the downside, the hotel does not have a transfer to the beach. We went to Jumeirah by tram (15-20 minutes). You can take a taxi or bus 88 to Kite Beach (IMHO, one of the best beaches in Dubai), but take a bus for 30-40 minutes, a taxi will take 15-20. We wanted to go to Al-Sufouh Beach, which is next to the hotel (we read good reviews and therefore chose this hotel), but it turned out to be closed. The hotel said it had been closed for about a month. I hope to have better luck next time. The place is good, I recommend it.

🏝️Avani+ Hotel We stayed in Dubai with our family (2 adults+2 children) in this wonderful hotel🌹 The hotel itself is located next to Palm Jumeirah (which can be reached directly from the hotel by monorail)🌴 🍽️Food: We took breakfasts and dinners. I can say that it was divine! The food is very diverse, every day the dishes (including desserts) changed, but did not become less delicious)) I would like to mention separately the desserts for dinner that are in the refrigerator-this is just the height of cooking. Vegetables, fruits, bread, various types of side dishes and meat dishes (soups) were laid out for all meals . Room: The room is very large! More than 100 sq.m.; among them are 4 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and many corridors. I want to say a big thank you for the very high quality beds! All 4 people slept in them just like the dead! Very soft bed linen, pillows, a large blanket)) The room has 2 air conditioners (independent of each other) . The apartment was cleaned daily, 4 liters of water were given, all towels and bed linen were changed! The hotel has 4 floors of underground parking (under the letter P), a restaurant, a gym and a swimming pool are located on the 1st floor, and the exit to the street is located on the G🚗 floor. The hotel does NOT have a territory, so you can only take a walk by going down to the street. In general, I want to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel for such a wonderful vacation! It was a lot of fun, delicious and interesting, I RECOMMEND IT, 10/10

When we booked, we were informed that we had the best view. And they gave us the 3rd floor. The breakfasts are not very good for 3. And somehow everything is not very good. The pool did not arouse a desire to swim in it. Little. The sauna is small. The gym is not big either. The shower room is small. One of the advantages is a bed for 5 ! The refrigerator is a large washing machine. But the hololink is noisy and you sleep next to it. And it's clean and normal, the room is spacious.

The hotel is generally good, but I would rather attribute its location to the disadvantages, there are no establishments nearby, there is nowhere to walk in the evening, I had to go to the Marina. If you want to get out of the hotel in the evening and have entertainment within walking distance, then this is not the right hotel. One of the advantages is the tram stop very close by. The view from the window was a little confused by the huge wasteland. The staff at the restaurant is very strange, slow and not at all interested in the service, I often had to remind myself and hurry up. The waiting time for meals sometimes reached 40 minutes with a far from full landing in the hall. The rooms are spacious, clean, everything is new, as well as the furniture by the pool. You can't hear the noise from the road in the room, I slept well at night with the balcony closed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, we really didn't use anything, but it's still a plus. Tea and capsules were also available. The water was left in glass bottles in the room every day. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of a set of toothpaste and a brush, otherwise everything was standard. Overall, everything was fine, everything was delicious, the only thing was that the dinners were a bit monotonous. Most of all, I was impressed by the variety of desserts, so they were just great. As for the pool, everything is generally good, but the places on the sun beds are always occupied in the afternoon, it just needs to be borne in mind.

Supeosky hotel, near the tram stop, 1 min walk. There is a supermarket nearby without prices-ask at the checkout. Prices are normal in the end. The breakfasts at the hotel are simply bombastic, the choice is huge. We ate too much for the whole day as a family. There is a bar on the ground floor, where there is a dining room, with an alcoholic, but very expensive. The staff is adequate, we solved all issues with the help of a Russian-English translator) 100m2 apartment (four people lived in two in each room) I recommend taking it with a view of the palm tree, we paid 10 t. p. And did not regret it-an amazing picture. But you can also go to the other side of the room, it's not bad either. My son and I went to the free gym, as well as the sauna next to it. In general, the hotel is super!

A cool hotel right at the beginning of the Palm Jumeirah. The food is delicious and varied, the only thing for breakfast was a lot of dishes that were not familiar to us. But you could always order an egg dish (omelette, scramble, etc.). The view from the room was just a dump of the head, like the room itself. Even if you don't know the language, they will be able to solve any of your problems. Nice hotel, I really liked the breakfast. There are a lot of different foods, European and Arabic, for every taste. There was a kitchen corner in the room, fully equipped - you can bake pies and roast meat, all dishes and household appliances are there. Towels, terry bathrobes, slippers, soap and shampoos in the bathroom. Just take your toothbrush and come to everything ready.

The room has a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, all necessary utensils and appliances, a capsule coffee machine with daily replenishment, tea of different varieties. Great hotel! We lived here for 5 days. Excellent room! Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I recommend. One disadvantage is the distance from busy places. Dubai Marina is a 40-minute walk away. But taxi solves this problem. 10 minutes to the Marina and the beach, 15 minutes to the water park. 10 minutes Emirates Mall.
