I've been going to the club for Ilyich for several months now. A cozy gym with new exercise equipment and a good selection of group exercises. I've been to Pilates and stretching a couple of times, I liked it, everything is very neat and with attention to technique, even when the group classes are full. The coaches are good, without pathos, you can always ask if something is unclear! Overall, it's a comfortable place, there's hot water, and the locker room is spacious!

I want to share my impressions about Bioritm fitness club in Donetsk City. From the first visit, I felt the attentive attitude: administrators Alena and Marina were very polite, explained everything in detail, showed me around the club and answered questions. The interior is clean and tidy, the atmosphere is comfortable. I would also like to note that they helped me choose a coach for my goals, which is really very valuable. I was absolutely delighted and I will be happy to come again!

I give three stars for the convenient location and pleasant atmosphere. What I want to say about the blonde receptionist. I was booked for a group workout, but due to a power outage or for another reason, the workout was canceled, which I was not aware of, since I did not subscribe to the instagram and telegram of the gym. I understand that it's not a problem for the audience, but what kind of presentation did the receptionist tell me and what kind of face. I felt as uncomfortable as possible. They looked at me with such a haughty and displeased face. Administrators and coaches are the face of the gym, they should be at least friendly, if the day didn't go well or something happened, then this is not a client's problem and not a reason to show with their tone and facial expression how bad everything is or a biased attitude. I came to study, not to observe the arrogance and discontent of the staff. The situation was on 10/16/2025 at about 10:00
