The coolest Hotel I've ever been to!
Very young and friendly staff. Booking was done online, check in was done a little earlier than regular time. Very Very clean rooms and the hotel itself. Roomservice is outstanding!
We are sure to come back again.

For 3* delicious breakfasts and in general everything is very good. The only drawbacks are: it is located in a not very good area, there are construction sites everywhere, Hindu residential buildings and unkempt buildings, this hotel is definitely not for a beach holiday. And in the shower, with breaks of 2-3 minutes from the warm, the Arctic ice begins to flow sharply, I had to go in and out of the stream every time. The room was nice, although there were streaks and cracked plaster on the walls at times. For its value, it is good. The cleaning is magical, everything is always clean and they always brought a lot of water and tea, the pool on the roof is very small, 4 sun loungers are at the disposal of those who managed to sit down, but in general it is also quite good, there is a small view of the city.

Nice hotel in a lively area. Among the advantages: clean rooms, timely housekeeping, delicious breakfasts, clean rooftop pool, free gym (which no one seemed to use), free Parking, responsive and friendly staff. If you have problems with English, then they have a person who speaks excellent Russian.
Among the disadvantages: some rooms feel damp, parking is not very spacious (for about 20 cars). In general, the hotel left positive emotions.

I really liked the hotel. Convenient location. The metro is 10 minutes away via Dubai of Emirates. To the beaches on foot 1.5 - 2 hours, by bus 30 minutes.

Did you like the hotel
- Located close to the mall and metro (10-15 min walk). In the Carrefour mall and next to the minimarket, you can't stay without food
- The rooms are well renovated. There is enough of everything, they put instant coffee / tea / sugar and water 0.5 each.
- On the upper floor there is a swimming pool and a gym. Yes, it is small, but there are either no visitors or a couple of people
- The daily cleaning was very pleasant. A change of bed linen in three stars is a shock
- I took it with breakfast, they are OK, for 7/10. I found something to eat and it's already good)

We lived there from 2.04.24 to 04.9.24. The staff was polite, we performed every task. They cleaned every day, the food was delicious, everything could be eaten, I don't eat spicy. The location is excellent, there is a pier and a metro, a bus stop is 5 minutes away.walking. the beach is 15 minutes away by bus. In general, we liked it!

I very rarely leave reviews, but I can't pass by here. The hotel charges quite an inflated cost for accommodation. The price-quality does not match. 💵
The breakfasts are terrible. I often go to Dubai and stay in different hotels, but here the breakfasts are the worst. There is nothing from meat. The sausages are disgusting and hard. The juices are the cheapest, they were poured in front of us. They even manage to dilute the chocolate sauce for waffles. There was no normal coffee, which surprised me. If you want to drink cappuccino from the vending machine, pay 10 dirhams extra.
It is located among high-rise buildings and barracks. We thought the area was much better.
The rooms are clean and freshly renovated. We were probably lucky, but the air conditioner wasn't working in our room and it smelled damp.
The only plus is the mall of the emirates nearby.

I really liked the hotel! New, cozy, modern, comfortable! Convenient USB connectors by the bed, very conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

I didn't like almost everything ((the room smelled terribly damp. There are traces of mold in the bathroom, too. Under the windows on weekdays in the morning something was hammered, it was clearly audible. There is nothing to choose at breakfast at all…There is something to compare, we lived in another 3* hotel, there is a much higher level. I definitely don't recommend it…
