Friendly atmosphere, nimble waiter! We ordered Ramen and manti, served it quickly, it's a well-developed "beach package"-a pack of Chinese noodles in a spicy broth with boiled egg and chicken slices. That's why it's fast and expensive! Mantas have no juice at all! For a big name, the Saffron Alma Ata restaurant is disrespectful! But they were treated with a compliment from the institution!
