Negative review of Pandora (Atlas Chimgan branch) I had extremely unpleasant impressions of the brand and the level of service. On 12/14/2025, I was presented with a Pandora brand bracelet (won in a lottery at an event). The gift was unexpected and very pleasant. However, the very next day, during a detailed inspection of the product, a defect was discovered — one stone was missing from the bracelet. The joy of the gift was overshadowed, of course, but knowing the brand's reputation, I was sure that the issue would be resolved without problems. On 12/22/2025, I contacted the Pandora store in Atlas Chimgan, handed over the bracelet and the certificate. The consultants, after consulting with each other about something, offered to leave the product with them for transfer to a jeweler to replace the stone. The deadline has been announced — up to 10 days. A week later, I accidentally found myself in the Chimgan Atlas and decided to clarify the repair status — the bracelet was not ready. It was only a week later that I received an SMS notification about the product's readiness. A couple of days later, I came to pick it up and was unpleasantly surprised: the bracelet was returned in the same form, with the same defect. According to the consultant, it was in this condition that the jeweler returned it. At the same time, the store staff did not even bother to check the quality of the work performed. I had to leave the bracelet for repairs for the second time. On 12/20/2025, I came back to the store to find out what was wrong with my product. From the consultant's reaction, it became obvious that the bracelet had simply been forgotten. I asked to speed up the resolution of the issue or provide a contact for a senior manager. The consultant tried to call someone in front of me, unsuccessfully, promising to resolve the issue by the evening. In the evening, I called back myself, and they told me that "everything will be ready by tomorrow evening." On 12/21/2025, I received another SMS about the readiness of the bracelet. I came to pick up the product, and unfortunately, the result was completely disappointing. The job is extremely sloppy and looks frankly clumsy. I took the bracelet away, but after such an attitude and quality of service, there is no desire to wear the product. The feeling of joy from owning Pandora brand jewelry has completely disappeared. For a brand with such a reputation and price segment, such service and quality control are unacceptable.
