The results come via a telegram bot. Yesterday I couldn't get the results — the bot gave me the error that I have an "unpaid bill", even though I have the receipt in my hands. I ordered a callback twice, but no one called back. I had to call myself. The receptionist didn't even try to figure out the situation: instead of apologizing, she started talking nonsense, accusing me of doing something wrong. Instead of helping and solving the problem, they make a fool of the client. Competence is zero. I sent her a check — no apologies in response, just sent an analysis. Russians Russian-speaking staff called me back when I asked them to connect me to the management and promised that a manager who speaks Russian would contact me. No one called. I consider this an unacceptable level of service.: the glitch was on their side, but I never heard an apology. No customer orientation, no respect for the patient. Instead of solving the problem, there are accusations and excuses. I will file a complaint.
