We often bought in this store. Before the new year, we bought a sweater and a cardigan as a gift. The cardigan didn't fit. When buying, they asked about the possibility of a refund or exchange, since it might not be suitable as a gift. After the New Year, we found time to exchange, arrived, we were refused: the deadline for a refund has expired (Is this right in such a situation?) The thing didn't fit me - I didn't wear it (!) I return it with an additional payment for the exchange. With a surcharge, I wanted to find something suitable. The item was sold to me without a tag (when buying, it was not important to me as a buyer), and upon return it became one of the reasons why they refused to accept the item. The second reason was the internal receipt, which, of course, I threw away (after all, they found me in the database, exactly this thing that I bought on what day and for what price), why do I need this receipt? And third, they were forced to pay by transfer to a card in order not to pay taxes, then they asked for a cash receipt during the exchange. As a result, they didn't change the thing, but since I don't need it either, I made them a solid New Year's gift. I do not recommend the store! Warm greetings to the owner of the store - Your managers did not distract you from important things, but now all my partners and acquaintances will not buy anything from you. And I'll tell the others how you communicate with your clients. Crash barriers! Anti-advertising in social networks.You have provided yourself with social networks and media.
