My son studied for a long time at the academy's branch located in the 9th school. However, during this time, we have repeatedly encountered the absence of a coach in the classroom - no one warns the parents. The reasons for the absence vary: sometimes there are competitions, sometimes there are other things. The question arises - why then does a coach lead a children's group if he doesn't actually work with children? When the coach is absent, the replacements are extremely unprofessional - instead of qualified specialists, adult academy players who have neither teaching nor coaching experience work with children. Despite this, the full cost of classes is charged unchanged. Moreover, recently my son has started complaining about inappropriate, humiliating actions on the part of one of these “substitutes”. It is especially outrageous that a week ago, after his son fell in training, this adult allowed himself to be ridiculed in front of the whole group. After this incident, I contacted Azim's manager. He promised to bring the situation to the administration, but so far there has been no reaction from either the coach or the management. We considered the possibility of transferring to another school, but after such an attitude towards children and parents, we no longer intend to work with the academy. It's a pity, because we started with trust and hope.
