Special thanks to the waiter Daulet — nimble, polite, excellent service, it is clear that the person is in his place. But, unfortunately, the overall impression was greatly spoiled by the situation at the entrance. We made an advance payment of 20,000, but at the entrance we were not greeted in the most friendly tone: the girl said that until we deposited another 50,000, we would not be able to order anything, they hardly let us see the halls. This approach looks rude and unprofessional, especially when the guest has already deposited the money in advance. It's a very strange policy — instead of a greeting, we get an ultimatum. The kitchen, by the way, left much to be desired — especially against the background of the deposit amount. Next time, we'll think about whether it's worth going back.

This is my first time writing a review. I didn't like this place, from the word at all. Booked in advance. We were given a menu to make a pre-order. Dishes were selected from the menu, by the way, there is little choice of dishes for the company. From what we ordered, the dishes do not correspond to reality. The assorted fish was especially disappointing. It's as thick as a blotter, and the mackerel looks like it's been sliced into leftovers. The salads looked like yesterday 's or also like leftovers .We were sitting with a group of people. Everyone left hungry. The extractor hood does not work in the room. Because we ordered a hookah, there was nothing to breathe, despite the fact that our cabin was not small. The prices do not match the quality. P.S. I did not take a photo because I did not think that I would write a review.
