But, unfortunately, the overall impression was greatly spoiled by the situation at the entrance. We made an advance payment of 20,000, but at the entrance we were not greeted in the most friendly tone: the girl said that until we deposited another 50,000, we would not be able to order anything, they hardly let us see the halls. This approach looks rude and unprofessional, especially when the guest has already deposited the money in advance. It's a very strange policy — instead of a greeting, we get an ultimatum. The kitchen, by the way, left much to be desired — especially against the background of the deposit amount. Next time, we'll think about whether it's worth going back.
