Pros - nice pleasant restaurant with excellent breakfasts, quiet rooms. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are spacious, but not well thought out in terms of light ( you have to turn off at the entrance, there is no hallway, you have to hang your outerwear in the closet, but that's okay - the bath is very cold , there are not even heated towel rails on the batteries. We need to put it on urgently! Built-in watering can for low people (it's inconvenient to wash your hair) in general, the bath is terribly uncomfortable

This is a very cozy and welcoming hotel. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. The staff is helpful and the food is delicious in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Everything is clean and beautiful as you drive into the courtyard. Everything is fine in the lobby too. The rooms are perfectly clean.
The staff is ordinary, requires training.

Upon entering the room, I noticed the front door.
It is old-fashioned, but thin and without seals. I immediately realized that it was cheap here and I would hear everything that was happening in the corridor at night. That's what happened!
Upon entering the room, I was completely stunned. The bed is right by the front door. In fact, with such a door, you actually sleep in the hallway.
The walls are thin, you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms.
There was a restaurant behind the wall, which is a separate problem.
Until one o'clock in the morning, guests and staff are running up the stairs and the trampling is all in your pillow. Then they start cleaning, rattle dishes, roll gas cylinders. I can safely say that it is them.
I won't confuse this sound.
Drunken conversations and all the confusion, you can hear it all.
Now about the sleeping places.
The beds are dead and creaking.
You sleep upside down, because the mattresses are lying down and no one can teach the staff to turn them over from time to time so that this does not happen.
There is no way to open the windows at night. I can't sleep under a kander. I'd better open the windows if the weather allows. The weather was fine that day. And once it rained. So there are huge kanders near the building, which create such a noise and knock is not clear what, that you just can't fall asleep.
Although there is enough without it.
Here's a little hotel. Beautiful on the outside and rotten on the inside.
What I wanted to convey to the management.
A man who comes to a strange city. Looking for a place to live, he is not just looking for a roof over his head, he wants to relax after a busy day. And if you don't understand this, go to the market to sell tomatoes.

If you want to stay with whole nerves, I advise you to bypass this place.
According to the number, threads of dust hang from the ceiling, the shower drain is clogged, the floor is dirty.
Breakfast is included not per guest, but per ROOM, the second person either does not have breakfast, or pays himself - an ideal scheme. There is no cooler at the reception or on the floor, the tap water consists of 80percent chlorine. The water in the restaurant was sold for 2600 tenge + service fee.
We wanted to move out earlier for a day (we didn't like it that much) - the administrator said that according to the rules of the hotel (which are above the laws in this place), the payment is not refundable. The accountant of the institution was rude, ran into the office, threatened to kick us out with the police and locked herself in the office. She refused to accept an application for a refund for the second day. As a result, they called the police themselves, on principle we will go to court if the money is not returned.
Even the closing documents for the business trip and the check were not given.
In a word, for normal money they communicate like trash. The service is disgusting!

It is worth describing the restaurant separately. It is cozy, the menu is good, but very expensive, as in Moscow prices, I ordered grilled vegetables, they brought burnt ones. I ordered borscht - they brought it without meat, asked me to wait it out, they redid it for 20 minutes. There are almost no people in the restaurant, but they cook very slowly

We took a VIP room, in which it turned out that the Internet was not working at all!!! As soon as you cross the door of the room, it cuts off! When they complain to the administrators , they throw up their hands , make it look like they are solving something . The room is large, but completely stupid, not thought out - there are few outlets and where it is not convenient to use. There are two hangers in the closet and that's it. We knew that we were settling in three , towels for two, everything should be said . The sofa designed for a child (12 years old) turned out to be non-folding, so he slept on a narrow sofa. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms to change this "magic" VIP room

I really do NOT recommend checking into this hotel. The staff is rude, room 203 stank terribly of sewage to the lobby of the hotel itself. They say it's not their fault, extra slippers are paid. You can't wait for a girl at the reception, she's always carrying her somewhere, she has a negative answer for everything. The service is ZERO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHECKING IN.
