Everything is great) convenient location , near the promenade for walking with a light waterfall! Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are only 20 minutes away on foot! The territory of the complex is small, but convenient ) a good heated swimming pool , a small gym , a sauna , a hammam, a barbecue area, what else is needed for relaxation ) I read that the water pressure is bad 🤔never encountered such a problem. Everything is fine in the apartment we rent, when we come to Dubai, we stay here with our family all the time and are happy with everything) My son is a skater, there's a big skate park nearby!
