Level 3 Local Expert

They automatically add 20% gratuity, but don't earn it. Other than one overworked server, the staff was too busy on their phones to notice that we were waiting to order, or notice that we were waiting for the check. I had to get up and ask for it -- they brought it, but immediately walked away and returned to their phones. So I had to get up again to bring the payment to them. Fine, but mediocre service if they aren't expecting much of a tip, but an insult for a place that charges 20%.
