On November 14, 2025, I ordered an HONOR smartphone in the personal account of the A1 Unitary Enterprise. On November 17, 2025, the Honor smartphone was delivered by courier to Gomel and, upon receipt, was paid in full, which is confirmed by the Acceptance Certificate dated 10/16/2025. The phone was delivered from the address, 36/2 Internatsionalnaya St., Minsk According to the terms of the Acceptance Certificate, when handing over the goods, I carried out a visual inspection, and no external defects were identified. However, it was later established that I was not given a new product of proper quality, but a demonstration sample that cannot be sold as a new product and has a different legal status and, as a rule, modified consumer properties (for example, modified software, increased wear). On October 19, I contacted the Gomel City office for the address of HIPPO shopping center, Kosareva St. 18, where the administrator recorded that the sample is a demo version and submitted an application for a solution to this issue. On October 20, 2025, the A1 office at 3 Lenin Ave., Gomel, addressed this problem and my appeal was also recorded there, they promised to solve the problem within the shortest possible time. On October 23, 2025, upon my request, a positive decision was made to replace the Honor demo with a new Honor . After that, an Order was created from 10/23/2025 for the delivery of a new Honor phone to Gomel, Lenin Ave.3. In the office A1 Gomel Lenin ave.3. I was assured that within 5 business days the phone will be delivered to the office of Gomel Lenin ave. 3 and after that a replacement will be made. On October 29, the phone has not yet been delivered. And on October 30, 2025, an SMS message arrived that the Order dated 10/23/2025 had been CANCELED. Every day we go to the office, and we are fed breakfast. I'm sorry, some unscrupulous employee made a mistake, but an ordinary person needs to go, demand, and wait for his money. A gift, and the phone was a gift, is no longer such, but is a burden, frustration, and nerves. Why do you have to suffer so much for your money, paid in full? We did not expect that such a large organization as the A1 Unitary Enterprise would have such a disgusting attitude towards its customers and would engage in "Scamming". If someone decides to buy a phone in A1, think a hundred times about whether you need to buy a phone here, or buy phones in the office, at least in person. We never thought that buying a phone would lead to hardships. I would really like our example to make others think. Office managers Gomel Lenin ave.3. , are only a connecting link in this chain. Their communication was normal, and there are no complaints about them as employees, but it is not clear that the office managers do not react to this situation in any way. You can't get help from them. And it's very strange why no one has responsibility. I've been working with clients all my life, and I just don't understand why everyone is shifting responsibility to each other, and the situation is not being resolved in any way. It seems to me that if the salary of each employee depended on communicating with clients and resolving their issues, everyone would try to solve any problem faster, no matter what it was. And the priority would be the client, and not, as now, the client is a hostage to the situation. As I understand it, hardly anyone can defend the honor of A1 enterprise. Because the company does not respond to complaints in any way. And in order to somehow get through, you don't understand what needs to be done. Today is the age of computerization, the age of artificial intelligence, and issues are being solved at the level of the last century - IN NO WAY.
