He rudely refused the service of issuing a SIM card due to the fact that the photo in the passport is slightly blurred (all passport data are clearly visible and readable). In the next, first center they came across, they issued a SIM card without any problems. Please take a closer look at the staff, and do not hire fat, dissatisfied people who do not attract a clientele, but on the contrary!

I would like to draw your attention to the low qualifications of the salon staff at :Vitebsk, Lenin street, 16a. The first request was in connection with the transfer of the number from MTS, which was suspended due to the incorrect actions of the voka installation agent at home, who at the same time decided to reissue the number. As a result, MTS blocked the SIM card after 24 hours, but it did not connect to A1. The two-person shift couldn't figure out what the problem was, they said the type of mistakes they weren't omnipotent about. The problem was solved in the salon on Pr. Builders by pressing a few buttons and removing the checkmarks in the right places. The second problem is the sale of equipment I don't need as part of an Unlimited installment plan. A representative of technical support at home recommended buying more expensive equipment for better performance. I asked at the salon. No ONE has indicated to me that this equipment is intended for the Internet. And I needed it specifically for a TV with an appropriate remote control and interface on the TV. The task of downloading the application to this set-top box, which was handled only by technical support, and using the remote control without TV buttons was not included in my plans. I do not absolve myself of the blame, because you always need to figure everything out before you trust such "specialists". I wrote an application for equipment replacement, but I understand perfectly well that this problem will not be considered in favor of the consumer, because we are not in the European Union and not in the North. We live in America. The company's wish is to give your employees time and money to raise the level of technical and communicative knowledge. In both cases, there were different shifts of employees. I think they're all the same there(((

A1 Home Internet is Terrible!!! Advantages: No Disadvantages: Blunts, almost every day, turns off, slows down constantly, the price increases every month. We moved to a rented apartment because we are doing repairs in our apartment. And A1 was connected here. Before that, we used By Fly- it's just space as cool in quality compared to A1.
