Good staff and service. But there was a situation - I wanted to buy a tablet, ordered it, delivered it, came to buy it, opened the box in front of me, asked to turn on the tablet, went into the settings, and instead of the galaxy tab s11 there was a galaxy tab s10. The consultants were very surprised by this turn of events and offered to take the tablet from the showcase. As it turned out later, someone opened the box with the s11, put it in the showcase, and someone else saw the s10 and decided that it belonged in the box from under the s11. Check that the device corresponds to what you ordered, because there are such cases.

It's a disgusting job. 13.11.I took a customer service ticket, 2 employees are working, 3 workstations with computers are empty, 2 employees are sitting on sofas with phones. The queue has accumulated, everything is slow, many customers do not wait and leave. Train bored consultants, enter their motivation KPIs, and let them serve clients during loading hours.

Because when you need clients, you sooo quickly find craftsmen and time to come and connect your Internet, but how do clients have problems (I work at home from the Internet) so waiting two days and still not solving the issues! I demand compensation for damages and hire more engineers!!!!!

It's a terrible place. There are a lot of people all the time. But this does not affect the number of service personnel in any way. I have never seen more than two operators. Usually there is only one cash register. Nothing changes. Once here, you can spend a lot of time waiting for your turn.

A fantastic place where you will lose an hour or more, no matter what question you ask. If you say that employees work slowly, it means something not to say. Even if there are no people in the cabin and there is no queue, they still manage to kill an hour of your time.

I've never written reviews, I've seen everything, but this is the first one , the queue really started from 7 people for more than 1.5 hours , I asked in the queue, I freaked out , I left, the staff doesn't move at all from the word , it's really the worst place, you need to do something with the staff ! I don't recommend going there at all, just wasting time.

When we came to the salon, we also clarified this question, the girl answered 180p, we start doing it. Then I paid 180p once, then the drivers still need to pay 180p. In general, so that the Internet remains in the same apartment and just rewrite it to other passport data, it costs them 360p. "Excellent" Internet. Good customer orientation. The Internet is so-so by the way. Either it works fine, or it doesn't ship at all. It sometimes shows that it is connected, but it is not there, restart the router, 5 minutes is normal, then again.

This A1 center works with the equipment (unlike some of their other service centers). I came to terminate the contract for the provision of services (home Internet), returned the equipment, paid a fine on the spot using a bill acceptor (2.5 basic values for early termination of the contract according to the terms, everything is OK here). There was only 1 person in front of me in the queue, all employees were wearing masks and gloves, there are markings on the floor to keep the distance. I was served in 10 minutes. The service is slow, the head of the sales department is an unbalanced, inadequate woman who is not clear why she is there, because she does not even try to solve the problems of corporate clients. I highly recommend not to visit this department. A1 should think about who she entrusts the department to and conduct training with these employees (and some can also be shown to a psychologist).
