No comments. The manager's consultation depends on his mood. It was possible to explain and tell everything at once, so as not to come back and ask questions. If this is the case for all operators, then the level of service needs to be increased precisely. And A1 "VELCOM" is not the flagship that it was before. The level of communication and Internet speed have dropped very noticeably.

I stopped by on a day off to replace the voka equipment. Good staff, friendly and calm atmosphere. An electronic queue and a fairly spacious hall. It's just a pity that the staff is not informed about the prospect of increasing Internet speed. I came on Sunday, May 18, with a child to buy a body. We looked at the window, but no one came up to us. After about five minutes, I asked the consultant if I could see the bodies.one said no, it 's in the package. Okay, maybe I agree not to unpack, but no one else came up to us. Two girls and one guy were interested in themselves and their communication. They left without buying the bodies. I had to order from an online store. I didn't give a damn about the customers that day.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with previous speakers who noted the protracted processes in this communication salon. Management should pay attention to the organization of employees' work and a clearer distribution of functions. Employees who are engaged in formal operations, documents, and contracts should not spend half an hour poking around in the smartphones of "grandmothers" while doing the work of bored consultants in the hall.

I do not recommend using this service center to anyone! I tried to connect the A1 home Internet here three times and three times the staff made mistakes! For the first time, an employee, Vladimir Chvarkov, incorrectly informed me about the terms of the campaign, and therefore I decided to refuse their offer. After I found out that he was wrong, I went here a second time. This time, the employee had already practically signed a contract and went to the warehouse to look for a router and she was gone for 15 minutes! Since I had already waited 40 minutes for my turn, I was forced to leave without waiting for her, because I was in a hurry. And finally, the third time - everything went well, the contract was signed, but when the master of connecting the Internet came to my house, it turned out that the employee of this center who executed my contract, it was Vladimir Chvarkov again, forgot to issue some kind of transfer certificate to the router and they can't provide it to me now! And I will have to go to the A1 office again to get this router in person!!! In addition, there are always huge queues here because only 2-3 out of 6 jobs work.

Bad. I didn't even know that it happened. I ordered an orig samsung charger online, I just had to pick it up. I came 2 times. A fairly large showroom with 4 workplaces. There are only two employees, but in fact one is working. Everyone is in the general queue. And with passports to apply for a loan, and to pick up a purchase for three kopecks. The queue is like in a polyclinic, there are only about 5-7 ottomans in the hall. Actually, the staff is not to blame. Management is to blame. Why it is impossible to make a button for issuing orders in an electronic queue, since you are doing this, is a mystery. It's sad to see where wellcome has gone.

I bought a mobile phone in the A1 salon. To make a purchase, it was necessary to become an A1 subscriber. A charger was required for this device. Specialist Stelmakh Ekaterina recommended taking a mobile device + charger on credit with one amount. When applying for a loan, the amount was indicated mobile device + charger. A couple of days later, specialist Stelmakh Ekaterina. she called and said that it was impossible to issue a mobile device and a charger together on credit, as it turned out, the charger only goes in installments. Employee Stelmakh Ekaterina, in her internal documents, made out that I took a mobile device on credit, and the amount for the charger was credited to the phone number. The loan amount for which the bank's interest is accrued remains the same mobile device + charger, this was reported in the bank, the amount has not changed. I contacted the higher-level "management" (I didn't remember my full name), who assured me that there would be an adjustment of the loan and would take the incident under personal control and call back based on the results. A1 employees simply put an amount in the amount of a charger into my credit account. There was no credit adjustment, because interest will be accrued on the amount of the mobile device + charger. Later, the employee Stelmakh Ekaterina. at 22:30, I called that they allegedly did everything and this is a normal regular situation in A1. As a result, I paid twice for the charger and will overpay for the mobile device taken on credit. Thank you for the "excellent service"! I'm waiting for the day when I can break all the contracts with A1!

It's like Sparta among A1 salons The strongest survive here and the best train! And if you need to sit in line because you want to change the tariff plan and can't press 3 buttons yourself, then throw out your phone altogether!! The senior manager, who periodically goes out into the hall, does not control the speed of service in any way, seeing perfectly well that there are more customers. And why as many as two specialists arrange the phone in installments, honestly, it is unclear.

I tried to figure it out, offered versions, even made excuses for something. Your specialist just crossed the line a few times and blamed me. Then giving an argument: I have never had such a thing in 5 years, then the argument: what you indicated is written there. It's tactless, rude, and unethical. There is no subordination.
