Three weeks passed, nothing happened, I called the call center, it turned out that the headphones were already in the branch. I arrived, picked it up, and it turned out that according to the documents they returned there a week after the delivery. No SMS, no call, no notification in the app... As a result, an unpleasant impression remained. I don't know if this is a systemic flaw or employee negligence, but such situations greatly undermine trust... I would like the service to really match the brand's level.

As a result, I had to wait in line for almost an hour, and this is on a weekend at lunch, it's hard to imagine what kind of queues there are on weekdays in the evening. I don't recommend it.

We arrived and installed it. The speed is normal on lan, Wi-Fi does not catch well in the kitchen and bathroom (about 10-15 m from the router) - I decided to hand over the equipment. It turned out that I have to hand it over myself - that is, dismantle what the master installed. As a result, when I had time to do this, I did not meet their deadlines for trial use and they demanded 4 basic ones from me for terminating the contract, taking into account the fact that I came on the 32nd day of "using" the Internet. Decide for yourself whether it is worth cooperating with this organization providing communication services, but at least this is a huge indicator of how an organization takes care of its reputation. It is better to contact other less advertised communications, where the conditions are more transparent.

I want to share the shocking experience of visiting the A1 communication salon, which completely negates the concept of "service". My visit on November 12th to purchase a phone with 1 payment as a gift turned into a three-hour nightmare. From the very beginning, everything went wrong. It turned out that card payment in the salon is not the usual payment terminal, but a special machine (in fact, payment through the ERIP system). And here the main problems began: my bank has limits on transactions through ERIP, which, of course, I could not have known in advance. Instead of helping and offering alternative payment options, an employee of the salon (last name Gameza, counter number 2) showed an absolutely uncaring and boorish attitude. She made a payment to my problem several times, first she said "oh yes, we have a limit of 2000 BYN", made a fractional payment, it also failed with another error. To which Gamesa stated: "Well, it's your fault that you can't buy a phone, we don't have the problem right now. To a simple question about where the nearest ATM is located, I got the answer: "I don't know which bank, well, probably on Kamennaya Gorka." We're already on kamennaya gorka))) As a result, I was forced to spend an hour calling my bank to resolve the issue with the limits. Leave, find an ATM and withdraw cash. Go back and stand in line again so that they can start placing my order. By the way, it was issued incorrectly again, then it was clarified that it was for THEM and it was reissued. Spend another 40 minutes waiting for employees to figure out their own payment system, and eventually hear that payment will still be made through the same problematic machine, but in cash. They forgot again that they have a limit of 2000 BYN. The employees in the salon themselves do not have information about the limitations of their own payment systems, they cannot clearly explain the process to the buyer and shift the responsibility onto the client. And the whole problem turned out to be that they do not have a cash register and, as a result, a regular terminal. All payments are made through ERIP. And this raises a lot of questions, considering that they sell equipment locally. For comparison, the competitors in the next doorway have everything organized in a civilized manner. My colleague was there while I was in A1. If it wasn't a gift, I would have left immediately. Impressions of the "service" are a solid unit. I'm terrified. Until yesterday, I was an A1 home Internet user, but now, for reasons of principle, I'm disabling it as well. I don't want to deal with a company that treats its customers that way.

I came to choose a phone. The young consultant started well. The phone number was chosen in advance. The consultant said that the phone is available, and the colors can be determined at the checkout. We take the ticket. I'm next. Then everything is bad. The pretty faces of the girls are filled with universal sorrow. I purchase a SIM card and find out that the phone may not be available. And how can I check it right away? I was lucky, I found one. We are getting registered. The service process fully corresponds to the mournful expression on the consultants' faces: slow, sometimes messy, unpleasant from the feeling that you are being done a favor. I left the department with a feeling of relief that I was leaving this place. The feeling that the girls at the checkout are not interested in customers at all. At home, I found a huge minus on the account. I had to find out from the operator where he came from. The female consultants in the department did not bother or forgot to inform about such features. But this did not surprise me anymore, but only prompted me to write a review.

I was connected to fixed-line services (home Internet) in this company. The quality of the services provided did not suit, and the price for this quality, respectively, too. I terminated the contract in the summer of 2020. After the termination of the contract and the delivery of the equipment, a month later I received a postcard from them with the debt. I tried to find out what the debt was for, because when the contract was terminated, a demand was made to pay for all services, to hand over the equipment. They could not answer 150 for what the debt was exposed. I applied in writing through the book of comments and suggestions at the company's office. They replied that it was their employee's mistake when terminating the contract and, so be it, they will not count the penalty, but the main debt needs to be paid. Although a normal customer-oriented company would have simply apologized and closed the issue at this stage. But no, A1 is not like that. I paid them the debt. And 2 days after payment, I received a claim in which A1 again demands to return the allegedly debt I had already paid, although I still did not understand its origin + a penalty + interest for using other people's funds + a penalty for equipment delivered 4 months ago 10 basic (270 rubles) with the addition of some additional agreement. Four months have passed, A1 - are you out of your mind??? This is what kind of arrogant people you need to be, adding such things to your claim with your hands, and not how you later unsubscribed, that it was done automatically and accidentally)))), realizing that you will not be able to rip off this money from me. The fee is on you, A1. Consider all of the above, dear A1 customers, if you want to start using their services.
