Everything is fine, staff, office, service. Except for the huge BUT. There is always a queue. The last time we stood for an hour , although we had 2 clients and 2 specialists working in front of us. Phone registration procedures, work on the company's services, consultations, all this takes at least 15 minutes for the client. Apparently, the staff is trying to be faster. Lida is a big city, such a small office is not enough.
