He visited the A1 Corporate Center in Vitebsk, Stroiteley str. 11a. In order to buy a phone with installments (one of the flagships). I stood in line for 25 minutes (but it doesn't matter). My turn comes about 35 minutes before the closing of the center, and one of the managers whom I approached in the order of the queue (such a very round–faced, red-haired and obviously with good teeth once I ate such a butt) and says - "I'm not working anymore! Wait for you to be called," Then go into the utility room for a minute, comes back and does me a favor – "Okay, come on, I'm listening to you!" - I choose a phone and say that I want to buy it in installments. He asks for a passport, asks about the amount of salary (which is 5 times more than him)) But then it gives out – "Bring a certificate of income" (although it is not provided for by the installment plan) I leave and he leaves in about five minutes too. I had to go to the competitors that day and buy what I wanted there without any problems. Everything would be fine, but the next day my colleague with the same PO and credit history bought the same phone in the same salon without a certificate but from another adequate manager.

But my passport was on a visa at the embassy. So they refused to sell everywhere except this office. They sold it here. I do not rate this particular office, but the A1 network as a whole for such an attitude towards customers.
