There are two girls and a guy working. the guy took care of the woman and explained to her the characteristics of the devices, and the girls just walked around, showed off and left, ignoring the presence of people at the checkpoint (despite the fact that we were the ONLY ones in line). we can say that none of the three windows worked. It's not pleasant to feel like furniture. one star for the air conditioner, because the heat is unbearable. the staff has 1 point out of 100 (they served us after all).

So that's why I claim that it was the opened box that was slipped to me - when I started examining the phone at home, the shipping film on the screen was a little uneven (it had already been removed), but the most interesting thing is that the protective film was glued very crookedly (it was just bulging in the case) - which was the reason for the initial return. I didn't return it, because I live far away, and besides the film, everything is OK. But the fact remains that they just shamelessly slipped a product that was not quite of high quality and opened. And the guarantee was stuffed into the package to justify opening the package) Although I didn't ask to open the package. If I had opened the package myself and there was a crooked protective film, I would not have had any questions. But since they brazenly slipped it to me, it's just a shame. So I'm not going to this store anymore.
