I don't recommend it to anyone! There is a huge queue due to the fact that only 1 specialist actually works, who cannot even be called a specialist, behaves unethically, and is rude. It is worth refusing some additional service, immediately asking "what are you going to do without it", but it doesn't matter, it's your business to offer, ours is to refuse if we don't need it. There are still issues with paying in cash, you can pay for it, but the change will only be returned to the A1 subscriber's number, which is also not convenient and leaves negative emotions after visiting the salon. I ask the administration to pay attention, and people to think once again about contacting this organization.

Just terrible service. One operator is working, two more are just sitting bored at the computer.. I came to issue a new SIM card - the procedure itself took five minutes, but waiting in a queue of seven people took almost an hour.. we asked the employees of this institution a question - why does one person out of three work? We have one operator who answered. A very strange A1. By the way, the badge was only present at the consultants. And who these people are at computers is not clear at all. I won't go there again, and I don't recommend it to you.

It's a terrible office, there are no words. It is impossible to terminate the contract- a fine of 4 basic, to renegotiate with another user to the same address- a fine of 4 basic. To finally terminate it for free, of course, you need to wait 2 months, of which: the 1st one will be frozen, and the 2nd one will be charged 10% of the total amount of the tariff.
