The worst service. Complete disrespect for the customer. I went to the store to buy an Honor Pad 10, 256 GB. I knew that an action was underway from the Honor manufacturer — they were giving headphones with the tablet. He asked if the promotion was valid. The consultant assured me that yes, everything works, you buy a tablet and you get headphones. Okay, I say, then I'll take it. I ask about the installment plan, they tell me that the installment plan is available only for A1 subscribers. Well, OK, then let's pay the whole amount right away. The consultant begins to take out a sample from the showcase. I'm asking if there are any other unpacked models. Answer: no, only this last one remains. We are starting to process the documents. While the second consultant is checking the tablet for serviceability, they are already giving me a paper to sign. I look and see that the documents list a 128 GB tablet. Although from the very beginning I clearly asked for 256. I say: this is not the right model. In response: "Yes??? Seriously?" — as if I had made a mistake in something. They check and: "Oh, yes, exactly, the wrong one...". Then they look somewhere in the cabinets - and suddenly there is a new, unpacked 256 GB tablet from somewhere. How does it even work? I have just been told that there are no others. And then suddenly I found it. Seriously? If I hadn't read the documents and just trusted the consultant, I wouldn't have left with what I wanted. But I think, okay, the end of the day, maybe the person has earned, let's finalize it. We checked — everything seems to be OK. I signed the documents and paid the entire amount at once I'm sitting and waiting for the consultant to complete the registration. And then they give me: "Oh, actually, the promotion is only for A1 subscribers." Although the person knew before the purchase that I was not an A1 subscriber. It's just great. Actually, this should be discussed BEFORE the payment, and not when everything has already been signed and the money deposited. In response, he was completely apathetic and boorish: "Well, I'm sorry." They didn't even try to explain, to suggest an option, they just waved it off as if nothing had happened and everything was in order. I say, let's connect to A1 right now, what's the problem? — and in response, I hear: "The documents have already been issued, it's too late." In short, first they say one thing, then they stick the wrong model, then suddenly they find one that "didn't exist", then they throw it with a promotion. And with all this, there is an expression on the person's face: "I don't give a fuck at all."

The store itself is not bad, but the people who work there completely discourage the desire to go there. They came with a specific goal to show us the huawei pura 70 phone, they showed us the phone, but instead they started aggressively selling another honor 400 phone. The consultant was told that we could not be persuaded and we had already decided on a choice, but everything was useless. We went to a nearby MTS store, bought the right phone there, and had a good chat with the consultant. I recommend MTS to everyone
