The consultants in the hall were absolutely not interested in helping the visitors. When we selected an accessory for the phone, our consultant, without saying a word, just walked away and began a personal conversation with a colleague. To our question, "Can someone dismiss us?" we received a rude and impolite response. Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable. The purchase was eventually made because it was very much needed. It is a pity that a large company has such untrained and unmotivated staff.
