Today, at 12.10 p.m., we visited the A1 communication salon at 141 Pinsk Pervomaiskaya. I have extremely negative impressions of the visit. The consultants in the hall were absolutely not interested in helping the visitors. When we selected an accessory for the phone, our consultant, without saying a word, just walked away and began a personal conversation with a colleague. To our question, "Can someone dismiss us?" we received a rude and impolite response. Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable. The purchase was eventually made because it was very much needed. It is a pity that a large company has such untrained and unmotivated staff.
