One of the most disgusting departments, I often see that only one person works. The second person can accept one ticket, and then start walking around and find out what exactly can help. I don't quite understand the logic behind this if there is an electronic queue. Also, if something can help, then why are other coupons waiting in line anyway, even though people arrived much earlier? There was a case when I came for a service, but they didn't call me (for example, there was a 60 number), but people who came later (63, etc.). As I understand it, if a person wants to purchase a phone, they are served out of turn, which makes no sense in an electronic queue. As a result, it takes 20-30 minutes to apply for a service that takes 1 minute.

After waiting in line for an hour, I found out that it was not possible to make a payment using Appl pay. I found out only because I decided to ask myself, there was no information on the limitation of payment methods. In the 21st century, when technology is developing in full swing and payments are made via phone, watches, rings, and virtual cards, not everyone has a physical card, let alone cash, so informing the customer in advance about possible and impossible payment methods is one of the criteria for (poor)quality service. 2.5 hours of wasted time.

Well, it happens - the human factor, I made a mistake. Further: Communication with the support service operator did not yield results. They told me to wait up to 30 days while the proceedings with the staff of this office were underway. I had to visit the office again. Make an appeal to change the tariff plan for free. There was no apology from A1 representatives, no recalculation of the mistakenly written-off funds. The communication of Dantsevich's employee is boorishly arrogant. That's 1 star for it.

I have never had such an apotheosis with any provider when connecting. The master refused to connect me, because I DID NOT PROVIDE ACCESS to the lower floors (I live on the 8th). In my opinion, my responsibility is to be present at home at the time of the master's arrival and provide access to the apartment, and the decision is made. The issues with the neighbors living below are the responsibility of the master. When faced with the difficulties of the current provider, you want to avoid these difficulties when changing. Apparently not with this provider (I added a star only for efficiency).
