15.07.2023 работала девушка, которой абсолютно плевать на клиентов а1. Из-за таких как она и страдает репутация огромной компании. Мне нужно было оформить ошибочный платёж, на что я вначале получила отказ(ответ -делайте сами через приложение), разъяснив ей что я не могу этого сделать из-за ошибки всего номера телефона а не 1-2 цифр она спросила у меня чек, карту, паспорт. Все это у меня было, но чек был в электронном виде (в Минске данную процедуру совершают без проблем по эл. чеку. Либо дать специалисту телефон, либо выслать на эл. адрес) она же отказала мне и отправила распечатывать чек основываясь на том, что у нее нет принтера (а это не моя проблема). Вела она себя грубо, абсолютно не клиентоориентированый человек, больше туда не вернусь а если и вернусь то для того чтобы оставить отзыв в КЗиП. P.S. Компания а1, обеспечьте сотрудников оргтехникой и эл. почтой!!!!
