Not a reputable A1 company, you just wipe your feet about your customers. The service is terrible. It is simply not correct to treat clients with 23 years of experience in this way. You're just sliding into "zero"

Terribly slow service. There are 3 employees in the hall, working at the cash register 1. The rest of us don't really care what happens to customers. As a result, the queue is crowded.
