Today we were at the A1 office located in Dana. Of course, the room is small. Visitors A lot. Queues. It is ok. We were after 17 o'clock. Very professional and friendly guys are consultants. Alexander worked with us, we are very grateful to him for his kind attitude, explained everything in detail about the existing problem, explained in detail the choice of buying a phone, connection, networks. In general, many thanks to Alexander. The employee at the checkout is also grateful for the attitude and professionalism (the workplace is right at the service door). The operators work professionally, and issues are resolved as quickly as possible. But in such a crowded place , the room is very small , so the queues are long . At the same time , there is nowhere to sit , just a tiny ottoman at the entrance . And if an elderly person, then he simply will not be able to stand on his feet while waiting for such a long time. But there are long stands with phone cases on the left and right sides . I'm not sure if this is preferable to the comfort of people . Such retail is appropriate in larger offices, in my opinion.

The service is disgusting, the employees themselves mess up, and then you go to them a hundred times, they can't solve the problem over the phone. As I was told in technical support, come to A1 only they will help there, I stood in line for 30 minutes and went home, the issue was not resolved. A disgusting operator with equally disgusting employees (this applies to points of sale, specifically in the dana mall and operators on the phone). Firstly, the paid service was activated immediately the next day after the mobile connection was connected. They confirmed on the phone that the service was connected by me. Or rather, a 10-year-old son who uses this SIM card. A son! With a phone that has a restriction on visiting third-party sites)) right now I was trying to disconnect from my mobile connection - and the number where the tariff plan is for 0 rubles (included in the package of home Internet and TV) is IN the RED BY 10p!)) and they can't really explain where the minus comes from, allegedly it has been dragging on since January!) Anyway, paying for a tariff plan over 40p without a conditional subscription fee is the height of arrogance.

I didn't like the service, I came to buy a Samsung Galaxy Watch4, ignored by a specialist, was not interested in selling, took me to the showcase and returned to my chair, left me as a customer without attention, and the answer "like these" is also so-so.. I also want to express my indignation separately, in order to purchase a watch, you need an original passport! I don't carry my passport with me. It's sad, we lost a customer, and eventually bought it at the same price in the same shopping center in another store, with an official warranty.

Yana Kupriyanova has a pen on her desk with the inscription "ALLERGY TO STUPID PEOPLE" and this person works with clients. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 the girl who works at the big macbook sits in telegram and plays solitaire. If you ask for help, the answer is: type your last name yourself, take your passport. Together, "please have your passport" and "tell me your last name" It feels like they've been doused with slops after such a conversation. The only adequate employee of the salon is the guy who helped with the choice of equipment. Teach people the SERVICE already!!!! And don't hire people who hate this job.
