To date, this equipment is obsolete, it is impossible to use third-party applications, and one set-top box has been replaced because it simply failed. Streaming videos while watching movies, youtube, etc. is constantly slowing down. Actually, that's why I left Beltelecom at the time and came to you-this is a fairly high quality of A1 services at that time... Unfortunately, my experience with the A1 operator turned out to be extremely negative. To begin with, when a negative balance is formed, services cease to be provided, but the subscription fee continues to accrue. This leads to the accumulation of debts and the accrual of penalties, which creates additional financial difficulties. The contract states that the services are provided on a prepaid basis, but in practice this is not the case. When dealing with claims, the company's employees just shrug and do not offer solutions. Another problem is the constant pop-up windows with requests to connect paid subscriptions. My children have accidentally signed up for these services several times, and when I complained, I was told that I had given my consent. But how can you give consent to something you didn't even know about? It was also difficult to disable these requests, although I never agreed to them. Now I am facing a third wave of negative experiences: operators are calling me and my loved ones with offers to switch to new tariffs, promising better conditions. In fact, the tariffs turn out to be more expensive and less profitable. When I ask questions about this, they tell me that it can't be, and I'm just mistaken. Instead of improving the signal quality and Internet speed, the company prefers to deceive customers. I hope that in the future they will reconsider their policy and start appreciating their subscribers.

The connection is deteriorating, despite the claimed coverage. Problems often occur on different devices, and the Internet is almost non-existent in many areas. Very bad. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. I moved the room, went to the store for a special rate, they refused to transfer it, and I need to go for the rate again. Some genius figured out how to store the status of a mobile app in notifications. Twice it happened that a notification about the transfer stage was received (the first time you need to pay, the second time you need to add an eSIM), but when you click on them, nothing happens in the application and there is nothing new. I'm writing to the chat, waiting for something again, and so on for a couple of days. I left the country, added eSIM, I can't activate it abroad - you can only connect roaming in the store. I can't log into my personal account without a SIM card. I can't go back to the old provider - for a fee and after 90 days. I use their home Internet and also had problems with the connection and violated the deadlines provided a couple of years ago. I was hoping that something had changed, but the service is still disgusting.

(After all, there are suppliers with whom contracts have been concluded for the supply of gadgets and from this they write the terms of the pre-order. But it's probably in normal companies.) Then why announce something that you don't have and when it will be unknown. When communicating with representatives of the online store on the evening of 10/31/2024, they themselves do not know when the goods will arrive. I wanted to order for a gift, but the dates have already passed and there are no headphones and it is unknown when they will be. If this is the case, why not end the promotion, temporarily remove them from sale and apologize to the buyers. And yes, the mobile Internet in a1 is very bad. I have been using a1 services for a long time, but I will probably close all obligations and think about changing the operator. On 08/29/2025, an order was placed on the website for the purchase of new watches, with pickup from the store at 104 Dzerzhinsky Ave. When contacting the store in person, a couple of hours after the order, it turned out that they did not have a watch available and an additional order would be placed in 3-4 days and an SMS would be sent as a result. On the same day, an employee of the online store contacted me and offered to move my order to 119 Dzerzhinsky Ave., since there were watches available for my order, and assured me that if they were not available, then on Monday 01.09.2025 they would definitely be available in the store, I would ask you to note that this was the only one once when the staff called me, all the other calls were made by me, which can be verified, since all the calls were recorded. Also, when I called, I clarified about the spouse's order, which was made by him to his phone number in the online store with delivery on 08/29/2025 after 19:00. The employee said that the company would not be able to deliver on the specified day and delivery was only possible on weekends, since it was not possible to receive delivery on weekends, the employee offered to pick up both pairs of watches on Monday at 119 Dzerzhinsky. I would like to note that no one called my husband or informed him about the change in his order. As a result, on Monday, no message about successful order processing was received, as well as a call. As a result, on 09/04/2025, when I arrived at the store at 37 Logoysky Tract, they brought me an opened package containing watches from a showcase with dirt stickers glued crookedly. Communication with the staff of the online store did not yield any result, except to say that we only had samples from the showcase and could not help in any other way. To the indication that the website did not indicate that the goods were being sold from the showcase and that the seller was obliged to clearly and clearly convey to the buyer the information that the goods were a showcase sample, A1 employee was told that this would be indicated in the future. I do not recommend connecting, I had the maximum tariff for home Internet with TV , the cost is 65 rubles per month , failures every week and the connection speed when measured by Yandex is 4 MB .
