There are 2 workstations behind the counter, but one employee works, draws up a bunch of contract sheets, sells gadgets, answers questions, and it all takes a lot of time. And I have been observing this picture for 5 years and nothing has changed. Our time is A1 money, which they save on employees. And there's nowhere to complain, because they've barricaded themselves behind the N150 robot, and although there's a link for visitors to the head of customer service of the second category, Maxim Maximovich Gushchin, he's also hiding behind the bot's number and you can't get him, and you can't talk to the robot. Apparently, indeed, we are customers of the second category for them. I solved my question in 3 minutes, and left at 13-04, i.e. I was waiting for 1 hour 11 minutes. Friends, given this experience, come to A1 in Nord City, choose any other office: on the avenue - corner from Volgogradskaya, on Moskovskaya, get further, but still save a lot of time.

I chose the most expensive honor pad 10 model. The tablet was purchased in installments. During registration, I asked the staff if there are cases and a keyboard for this model on sale. To which they replied that there was nothing. And what was my disappointment, it turns out that this model is sold complete with the original keyboard case in a1 stores and is only 50 rubles more expensive. The most annoying thing is that this keyboard cannot be purchased separately, it simply is not on the market. I believe that the employees are not competent in the models and configuration of the products they sell.

If there is at least one person in front of you, you are guaranteed to wait at least 30 minutes. Two people - from an hour of waiting. It doesn't matter how many employees are behind the counter. The speed won't change in any way. It feels like you're in a traffic police station from Zootopia, and all the employees are those sloths from the cartoon. Save your time and choose any other option. UPD. Unfortunately, it is not possible to resolve the issue of a refund for the purchased non-original Apple unit through the application.
