On 12/28/2025, my husband and I chose a smartphone as a gift for NG.We were serviced at the point of sale at Goryky 2.I would like to note the professionalism, courtesy, and speed of purchase.The well-coordinated and highly professional work of the staff who worked at the point on this day.There are two of them, Olga Potocka and a guy (whose full name, unfortunately, she did not save), but he is a great fighter, a man who works in his place. I would like to congratulate the provider's management on such a competent selection of personnel.The guys are prepared and oriented very correctly, towards the consumer, the buyer, everything that we really need is present in their work.Competent advice, courtesy, speed of service.I would like to ask mark out the work based on the results of summarizing the work for the month and year . I write reviews as rarely as possible, and even more so bad ones. To do this, I need to be properly stirred up and brought. And the wonderful company Velcom (A1) succeeded! I have been using the network for quite a long time: mobile for more than 20 years, home for about 8 years. And every day I get disappointed with these operators, and not only with the connection... The Internet in both versions leaves much to be desired: speed, data transfer, constant failures and freezes (and even a new router from the company does not save). One day, my patience ran out and I switched to another home Internet network. Having decided to terminate the contract with A1, I called the operator and clarified how and where I could disable the provision of services. According to the information provided to me, not far from home, at Goretsky 2, it could be done at any time convenient for me from 10.00 to 22.00. What was my surprise when, at 16.10, when they came to the A1 communication salon, the staff announced that the home Internet was turned off directly in their communication salon from 15.00 to 16.00 (disconnecting and receiving equipment takes a long time, so I assume this hour involves disconnecting one, maximum two subscribers). What is it for? Think for yourself🤷♀️ They answered my question: "What is the reason for this schedule?": "To optimize the work." If I can't come to their office on Goretsky at this time, then I can go to the International One. Please note that at that time, both employees had neither clients nor buyers. Why didn't the operator on the line have this salon schedule? What is the optimization of the salon on Goretsky or A1 as a whole (fewer terminated contracts)?Bottom line: my time is lost, my mood is ruined, my subscription is dripping, the Internet is not turned off!

It is impossible to contact the real operator for any questions unless you call a paid and expensive number where the staff will deign to answer you. Ordinary calls are answered by the dumbest robot, which will not solve half of the questions!!!

There are no consultants at all… They don't listen or hear at all. They don't even pretend to want to help. When we came to install the e-sim, the woman didn't even try to help us. I told her myself what to press and how to do it, and to my questions she simply said, "well, read for yourself." At first she asked for her passport, but it wasn't there, and she said she couldn't do anything without it. In the end, I explained everything to her myself, and suddenly, it turned out that it was possible without a passport. In general, there was no sense from the "specialist". They went to another a1 where the guys set up and explained everything themselves without unnecessary actions and words. Question: why do such specialists who do not want to help and hear the client in any way and just sit on the computer?

When my husband and I entered the office, the operator was "sitting" on his phone.We tried to ask the questions we were interested in, he, without raising his head, irritably said that we should wrap up faster, although there was no one in the salon and sent us to the salon "In touch" informing us that the services there were paid. But he didn't even really understand the essence of our problem, ... and he didn't want to... A question for the management of the company...Are they, the operators, are they there for furniture?

There is a constant queue, unqualified consultation. We couldn't figure out the business rate. The Internet was gone, they couldn't help, but they reset the settings of all networks, including WiFi and Bluetooth. I spent a lot of time, the result is zero.
