But there is one drawback and it spoils everything - a heavy workload of clients. That's why there's an eternal queue and nervous customers. Because the salon also serves former Garant clients who often need "they don't know what." You come, you want to buy a smartphone and connect to A1, stand in line of grandmothers or young mothers with a child in their arms who need to do something, it's unclear what, with the Intranet... The salon staff has a special respect! It's hard work in such an environment.

Indoor zoning is not successful
The staff stands are located at a great distance from each other. The places of the call waiting area are 1/4 of the room.
If possible, I recommend choosing another service point.
In general, the salons (service points) A1 are 2 times smaller than those of MTS. The choice of premises and the comfort of both the client and the manager leaves much to be done
