We had a consultation with my husband on the purchase of an apartment. Everything went great, and all our questions were answered. A few days later, circumstances changed and we were ready to consider a larger square on different terms. We called the sales office on Sunday, and the receptionist clarified how far we live, since it was already the last hour of the working day (18:15), and asked if an expedited consultation would suit us, and if so, they would close the time for 18:00. We agreed because we still had some general questions. I came up faster than my husband, clarified that we had signed up in his name. I was immediately asked why my husband (??) did not come, even though we were present at the previous consultation together, and not just my husband. Then they asked me to wait, and a specialist came out to me and asked me what questions I had. There was only one answer to everything - we don't know anything, ask the consultant with whom you spoke for the first time. The "accelerated consultation" lasted exactly 2 minutes, without exaggeration, although there was more than half an hour left before the end of the working day. I didn't come in the last 5 minutes. I am a very loyal customer, I understand that it is Sunday and the end of the working day. That's why we called and asked when we could come to the office. If you were not ready to consult and answer questions, it was worth clarifying this by phone and offering a different appointment time.Instead of saying that the time of an hour-long consultation is closed for us and at the same time talking in the doorway. We went to the office for nothing. "I don't know, ask your consultant" could have been said over the phone. Customers' time is just as valuable as employees' time.
