Excellent location, parking, excellent prices for office rentals. And in this building there is a wonderful cafe, delicious dinners and occasional Gastrofests. I recommend

BC is super, on the ground floor there is a great pub-restaurant ritesbeer where you can have a cheap lunch and drink an unrealistically delicious cappuccino :)

A Class B business center, but actually in or even lower. Elevators and ventilation are constantly not working. Any requests to the administration can take weeks to resolve. I do not recommend it.
