I am a customer of A101 and I like your store in general. However, there have been a few bad situations that have happened to me and that I have personally seen. There is a female staff member working in your store, and she is the source of all the problems experienced. Every time I come, he sits outside the store and talks on the phone, he never looks at the store and doesn't even deal with customers like a human being. His attitude is very rude and disrespectful; he behaves like this not only towards me, but towards everyone. He also does not do any cleaning or tidying in the store. It's like he's standing there doing no work just to get a paycheck. Moreover, the store is not clean, there are no price tags on the products, and there are many expired products on the shelves. Jul. I request that this situation be corrected and the necessary actions be taken. Otherwise, I will have to take the matter to the police and take it until the store closes.
