I had to go to the archive, pick up the certificate that had already been prepared, I approach the checkpoint from the courtyard from the street, ask where I should go to go to the archive, the woman at the checkpoint started shouting and kicking me out. She screams and doesn't want to listen to anything, says get out of here, I asked her several times where I should go to get into the archive, but she doesn't want to listen to anything, yells, get out and that's it. I was just shocked by this attitude. I studied here a few years ago, then of course there were completely different people working there, no one allowed themselves such an attitude towards people.

Terrible university! they are rude either on the phone
or in person! the curators are stupid! no one says anything, only they know how to knock off money for studying. in fact, they do not give anything. if anything, I pay for my son's studies, and they don't even teach there! incompetent teachers there are 50%!!

You can't get through to the admissions office to clarify about admission. They reset the call.,they don't take it stupidly.,if they take it, they don't answer normally, they say their own, they don't listen to your question until the end.Another number is not given to the reception, the phone.If they do, they won't get through.
