We bought a gaming computer chair with delivery for our son's birthday. It came without a single wheel fastener. I called the store, they promised to come up with something. They're probably still thinking. Imagine, a chair for more than 100,000 with such a defect. Like a suitcase without a handle. I am ashamed in front of my son, but apparently he is not in front of me.
