I was in another city and made an appointment here a month in advance. I was waiting for this visit on purpose and did not go to another dentist. She arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment, announced her arrival and sat waiting. After 20 minutes, the employee informs me that the doctor will be free soon, he now has a client who is registered after me, but she came earlier. I heard this information, I didn't say anything about it, but I wasn't going to wait long. After 5 minutes, I ask how long I have to wait, my visit was supposed to start for 20 minutes, and they tell me, "Well, another 10 minutes, the client came before you." Since when does waiting at least 15 minutes mean "she'll be out soon" and why did they take another patient for the duration of my visit?? It's just terrible, I left right away and I won't think about coming here anymore.

I do not recommend treating your teeth here, especially with braces. The doctor who fitted braces for me here was of average height, 175cm, Russian, apparently, and like the chief dentist there. In general, don't go to him. He straightened my teeth, but I'm sorry, he forgot to correct the displacement of the center lines, oh, how accidental. By as much as 3mm, now my upper teeth and lower teeth don't match the center of my nose, and it looks very strange to be honest, but okay, I thought it was just a cosmetic problem, but how wrong I was.. the right corner of my mouth has shifted a little and my face has become a little asymmetrical due to this "treatment". Just bravo, I have nothing to say. I'm not hiding myself, if you're reading, orthodontist, you can see in your magazine if you removed my braces on November 30, 2020.
