We really liked the house. Convenient location, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, very quiet at the same time. There is a parking space in the courtyard, a table under a large umbrella for evening gatherings. The house is spacious, everything is clean, fresh linens. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner of the house is always in touch, answers all questions very quickly

The second street is parallel to the beach. You can't hear the noise of the discotheques, it's a quiet place. Lived 4th in August 2025. The host is friendly, picked us up from the airport. The house has everything. I was very pleased with the availability of a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hello everyone! We are currently vacationing in Kobuleti and have chosen this house😉 It is very comfortable, everything is there.The territory is well maintained. Just come and live!!! The owner's name is Alex (Alexander). Very friendly, hospitable and attentive. He can advise you what to see both in Kobuleti and in Georgia. In general, you will not lose if you come.
