I had an appointment with Oksana Kozakova's therapist on 11/18/2025 with blood and urine tests (general and biochemistry), left with diagnoses of acute tubulointerstitial nephritis & acute pyelonephritis and an appointment for treatment - 10 days of taking an antibiotic. No diet or other examinations were prescribed, and when asked about a possible medical problem, the doctor said that she did not know what the problem might be. The treatment did not help, and only at the next appointment, after hearing about the deterioration of my condition, I was sent for a full examination. Why wasn't I immediately examined and prescribed an antibiotic? The doctor doesn't want to answer, he behaves extremely unprofessionally, raising his voice in response to the above-described claims. I did an MRI scan of the brain and blood vessels here. I was very worried before the procedure, because I did it for the first time and read reviews with other people's negative experiences. The procedure itself lasted 20 minutes, and the inside of the CT scanner wasn't as cramped as I expected, so it wasn't scary. The sounds are not too loud, and the headphones suppress noise well (+neutral music plays in them). Sometimes there is a slight vibration. The procedure went great, there's nothing wrong with it. Next, I left the clinic because the results should have been ready within a couple of hours. But I hadn't traveled far when the clinic called me and told me that the results could already be collected. It took only half an hour and the result was ready. In general, the clinic is wonderful, the staff are polite, the results are quickly prepared,everything is great,I recommend
