Disgusting attitude towards the client – they don't want to work! I came at the children's table – the last two copies are available. The design is not exactly what you need, so I suggested paying the difference and replacing the plastic inserts between the two tables to get the right option. Instead of a normal dialogue, there was a rude refusal right away, they didn't even try to help. When I asked the manager, the staff simply pretended that they had "agreed", but in fact they ignored it. And then it turned out that one table was scratched! Apparently, they are used to selling defective items here, hoping that customers will not check. Bottom line: I left their tables gathering dust in the warehouse – then let them sell for pennies. Such a "business" in Armenia is a disgrace. Zero flexibility, zero service, just don't give a damn. I won't come again, and I won't advise others.
