A similar situation, the delay under the contract is more than 30 days, for some time they were fed promises after my calls, they do not get in touch themselves, the claims sent by me are ignored, calls are not answered, the office is on the key. The executive committee already knows about this company, it didn't take long to explain. I have filed a lawsuit, I am waiting for the trial. It is a pity for the lost time and the money deposited.

Unfortunately, we contacted this company. The delay under the contract is more than 30 calendar days. Many times we were delayed installing furniture .They lie and forget what they said and what they promised .Alexander picks up the phone for the first time, and then turns on the complete ignore. And the whole company works the same way, you get through to the designer, they promise to clarify the details and disappear. And that's what all employees do. I am very sorry that we trusted this company , lost both money and time .

Everything looks beautiful until you deposit the money, and then excuses begin on delivery and installation dates, and when the assemblers arrive, they do not deliver all parts of the furniture -this is once they leave for 30 minutes for water, and return drunk half a day later-a terrible attitude towards the client from the management and indifference after making an advance payment
I do not recommend contacting this company to anyone!!!
